"I have bad credit because of this disgusting place, my apartment was entirely flooded because of the next tenant over, and management did nothing but charge $5000 and pin us for breaking the lease. And the fact we had rats within a day we moved in and had to complain several times before they finally put traps around the building"

I work late at night, and when I return to the residence, there is no parking for the car, so I have to park the car to the laundromat, and I am surprised in the morning that the car has been towed and a fine of 300 dollars. Is this fair? When I went to the office, they kicked me out of the office. And thieves and bad maintenance service."

"How you can live in a place where is no rules. Cars without a plate seating there for months, people blocking cars in parking lots that are used for two cars. These photos are taken tonight. My husband came from work and this is what he found..someone blocked the space I was reserving for his truck. Believe is a 0 not even a 1. Reporting someone was stealing my internet service took a week to fix it. Wants more photos I do have more."

Mi Cheap:

"I have been living here for almost 5 years now. This apartment have roaches and foundation problem, when its raining the water will get in ALOT. Or if your next door's pipe burst and flood, the water will flow thru your apartment as well. The apartment always have problem with the water heater. The unit does not isolate well so kinda waste alot of electricity, but mine is 2 stories so it's understandable. For the staff, they have improved a lot. The new staff I have talked to this year, they are all very sweet and patient. One of them even helped the neighbor sweeping out the water in the middle of the freezing night. They are promptly w my request as well. However the apartment problem itself that I have to give it 3 stars only."
