"Juliana, Juan and Cameron have all been so nice to work with! Any time I've had an inquiry they've been so quick to help and answer and questions I've had and got things handled quickly. Make sure to ask for Juliana if going into the office or calling!"
"Worst place to live no lie water is always turn off and nothing never gets fix towing company sucks and people in office rude as hell never answers the phone! Don’t MOVE IN AT LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE TRUST ME ! They make you pay a bill that nothing on there makes sense gas bill Pest control sewer and water bill Take my advice NoT WORTH STAYING HERE AT ALL !"
"The staff and managers ask for more then they can provide, very inconsistent service, they don’t accept ur full payment late and add additional fees to that (court/attorney) when the dates nor notice was given for. Overall very bad customer service, very bad staff, they dont work with u what so ever even if its ur first time. Would not recommend these apartments. Also enter ur home with no notice js to check things."
"Since the change of management, The Junction apartments have become a beautiful, clean, community focused place to live. The management is responsive, attentive, and truly invested in making this community a fantastic place to live. The pool, which is now up and running, has been a game-changer for my summer. The renovations to the apartments are top-notch, and it's evident that they care about our comfort and satisfaction. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly, and the overall atmosphere is more welcoming than ever. I am very happy at The Junction apartments and recommend to anyone considering."
