"I moved in May 2023 and had to wait two weeks to fully use my kitchen: sink and no dishwasher. They did not have a working laundromat, but have one now Dec 2023. They changed complex name & management about 2 months ago and cannot get their resident portal online to pay rent, money orders only. The community trash isn’t being picked up. My mailbox was broken into. The grounds are not well kept: trash toys, and cigarette everywhere. And, they tried to enter my apartment with zero notice. I thought 24 hr notice was required??? I do not recommend at all."
