"Abigail needs to be replace. These place with rent you and than take out without notice. She treated my family with police action after not taking my payment. We have try to pay many times and they dont want to take the money. Now they treaten my family to use police force. This place needs to be reviewed by owners."
"These apartments are TRASH! They never have hot running water for more than a few days. Cockroach and mice infested. People dig through their dumpsters on The daily. There's nothing positive about these apartments. Absolutely garbage. They can't keep the apartments clean. There's always vandalism and someone's car getting broken into or towed. I will never ever suggest these apartments to anyone. Even if you are illegal and coming from Mexico or around the world. They don't clean mold off of walls. They paint over it. Everything is extremely outdated. It's almost 2023 and they have ceiling fans from the 1990s. They don't do anything to help the Apartments Quality Of Life! These apartments deserve to get torn down and new ones built."
"I have never had major problems with apartments. They are all bills paid. I live in a 2 bedroom and only had an AC problem once but they fixed in and gave me fans and later a window AC in the mean time. The maintenance man ate not that bad. They do what they can as soon as they can. I don't have a roach or rat problem. It always gets fixed. If you get a 1 bedroom however, they do control the AC and heater because all the 1 bedrooms use 1 whole unit. I think they're fair for being all bills paid and accepting bag credit."
