"Terrible. Don’t move here. Painted over roaches. Dead roaches in the cabinets. You will get sick. Cheaply remodeled. Water damage in cabinets. Caulk everywhere. The floors and stainless were the nicest thing in the apartment. Everything else is rushed and done poorly. Broken cabinets, dishwasher doesn’t work. This is just a piss poor bottom of the barrel apartment complex. DO NOT MOVE HERE. The office staff were nice but that’s not worth experiencing this place. Not worth the stainless steel appliances. Listen to the reviews. I should have ."

"When I viewed this apartment t I was being let out of my lease for roaches and no hot water so they knew my situation. The 2nd day living here had a knock on my door a young lady informed me her niece died in my storage unit months prior, when I asked the office they said no we would tell you about that. After asking neighbors I found this was true.so they lied about roaches and a dead body! Valet trash is mandatory however most times I took it out myself. Pest control is another mandatory charge but I spent $100's trying to get the situation under control in addition to paying them monthly. Please DONT SIGN THAT LEASE RUN NOW!!"

"The day I moved in I asked about the roach infestation I was told new maintenance and new staff to not be worried about it a year passed by. I've been told every month that we are going to have pest control out of the ten months that I lived Here they only come once, The maintenance people it is a 50-50 if they come you have to put a work order in which could possibly take up to two weeks so I was left in my house burning because my AC was out roaches just keep getting worse You really have to break down these buildings just to get rid of them"

"Absolutely terrible office staff that could care less about helping you. Sever amount cockroaches. Online portal is equally as terrible to use and has $40 fee since they have removed the ability to pay direct from your bank account. It also doesn’t show the correct amount you owe, so be prepared to come home to a vacate notice when you owe a whopping $35 in drainage water fees that don’t show up on your account. $90 WiFi bill forced on you when you could get it for $40 from your own provider. All around terrible place to live. DO NOT MOVE HERE"

"Apartment is horrible with upgrading units to what we pay for. ..roach infestation, they came in and painted my walls with outdoor paint then told me that it’s a favor but that if I want to switch it back I have to do it my self ? My unit was uprgraded but the people who did it, did a horrible job. Missing floor panels , mix match outlets on colors. God forbid you don’t tie your trash bags the valet trash pick up won’t take it for that. Reached out to the manager to address this and still get told it’ll get done but no one ever comes or I get told it’s cosmetic and if I want to move or get things done it’ll be additional charges or I have to do it myself I’ve spent 2 weeks killing and poisoning roaches because honestly I’d rather do it my self at this point. For someone paying 1.3k and no “amenities” , no help with things that should be correctly done from the get go. Oh and don’t forget the $40 fee to pay your rent online because they don’t take money orders."
