Park Place at Arlington

"I’ve lived here for a little over six months and it’s seriously disgusting how unkept the amenities and hallways are. Why have luxury amenities when they are filthy?? Not to mention the walls are as thin as paper so say goodbye to any quite time. I’ve submitted multiple noise complaints about my upstairs neighbors and nothings been done it’s becoming so unbearable that breaking my lease and paying whatever fee might be a better option than staying in an unkept apartment where neighbors keep you up at night. However I will say if the place was kept up with better the amenities would be awesome. The times I have wanted to use the golf simulator it’s been broken but the movie room is cool… study rooms are a good addition alongside roof top volleyball and workout area. However the tenants do not pick up after their dogs outside or on the roof which is pretty unpleasant… I once even saw dog poop in a hallway. Have some class. They do a lot of things for the tenants like breakfast and giveaways online which I think is great and part of why I’ve not completely hated being here. I don’t want to hate this place I want to keep my lease but the noise is out of control and needs to change !!!! And the hallways / common areas are in major need of a deep clean. I’m disappointed and wish these things were something that could change to make the living experience enjoyable for college students who are already stressed enough with school and work."

"Apartment preys on new college students for continuous tenants. Terrible management, nothing is ever on par with what is advertised. Apartment maintenance is terrible, not because maintenance people are bad, they try but there are like 2 maintenance people for a 1000 tenant building and when I’ve seen people asking for a job in maintenance they say there not looking for anyone at the moment. Amenities are always closed or out of stock. Even the fancy coffee maker is always broken. Every day the complex tries to get away with more and more, even going as far as creating time restrictions for designated areas which were 24/7. If your a parent who cares about your kid or even better if you care about yourself, stay away from park place."

"Absolutely disgusting hallways and apartments. I hope no one gets sucked into this scam of an apartment. There are cheaper and seriously far better options on campus. "Hi I reported your company to the better business bureau I contract with them to conduct automation and processes in the robotics industry. They have taken my complaint which have been signed by 25 other residence to the top of the line and will conduct an internal audit as to why your facility lacks in certain vital utilities. Your corporate office should be contacted by them along with a legal team if we were to move forward for adverse living conditions. Now out of the legal realm I’m a little disappointed especially in terms of amenities your apartment has to offer. The amenities are always run down, I can make a massive list but to name a few that you guys boast the most on in advertising is the pool or spa, access to certain facilities. No bathroom accessories including toilet paper and soap. No coffee bar. No wonder this apartment has the ratings it has. But as a resident I care for the place I leave behind for the next people to live here. "Good student community in Arlington, felt safe. Close to University of Arlington at walking distance and is opposite to Police station so is safe. But parking is a major challenge is here. Only one person is allowed. Apartment ambience is good,all things are furnished by the apartment itself and everything is secured by the entrance. Have a visit and decide for yourself if suits you"
