"Management is always on top of things, they do well with taking care of things in a timely matter (something I've always struggled with in other complexes). Ashely and Linda were both clear and direct when it came to answering questions...Most importantly I didn't feel like I was just some customer, the genuine customer service simply made me feel human"
"Its convenient in location with surrounding stores but it stops there. Major cons....the Serious lack of parking at night....built in microwaves your not allowed to remove with roaches &the ineffective pest control that follows....the laundry room/washers being very abused, old, and poorly maintained....and the fee gouging even when moving out on good terms."
"The Only thing I can honestly say good about these apartments is the maintenance is very polite. The management is horrible and racist. One star for maintenance! The second I have the funds to move I am OUT! Wouldn't refer anyone to these apartments unless you Mexican."
