"There's better options elsewhere, although for price and space might be difficult to find. Current manager Cindy is more helpful than maintenance. Main issue here is with the owner, Martin Wang, who has been referred to as a "slum lord" by pest control. He is extremely reluctant in spending money on repairs and costs to maintain property, until residents call Code of Compliance. Residents need to be persistent in getting issues resolved. Roaches, A/C has broken a couple times during the summer, and screens on windows not guaranteed so if you open the windows for ventilation, you have to be mindful of the bugs that could enter. Building is not exactly up to code. No direct way to contact maintenance. No real office hours. No emergency maintenance."
