"The leasing center staff used to be very prompt. The current staff is very good at communication but they are taking their own sweet time and multiple followups even for a small update. Previously, Deja, Ciara, Savannah used to be very prompt and respond quickly. Also, maintenance service used to be very good, however, now-a-days, they are taking over 3-4 days to resolve the issues. Hope these things are addressed soon."

"We moved out of the apartments in the end of august and ever since then it’s been 5 MONTHS we have been waiting to get our deposit back. They NEVER EVER PICK UP THE PHONE. Every time we try to reach out they say you will get it as soon as possible. IF YOU WANT TO MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS PLEASE DO NOT!! BAD IDEA! There is a ton of stuff that we can write about how bad the apartments are, full of roaches and other insects. We are about to file a law suit against them."

"I have been a resident at this property for a little under a year now. I can honestly say I have ZERO complaints. Between location, grounds up keep and wonderful customer service, I am almost certain I will stay for another 13 months. Thanks to Mica for her assistance and for always being so friendly!"

"**UPDATE** Do not move in here. They will try to commit fraud to prevent you from getting your security deposit back. It is not worth the hassle and you will be best off living somewhere else **UPDATE DONE** I lived here for two years and enjoyed the complex. The maintenance staff is very quick to handle any issues, especially if it is air conditioning related, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my time living here. The complex is extremely quiet considering it is across from a Golf Course, and I always found golf balls while walking my dog from golfers that hit their shots over the road. Very dog-friendly and they always keep their dog litter bags stocked to help keep the waste clean. The only downside I had in the two years is that they turn the water off quite frequently to make fixes to the pipes, so you can be without water for an entire weekday."

"Overall I had a great experience living at Vista at Hackberry Creek. I connected with Deja, who made my experience wonderful. She is always very professional, helpful and shows how much she cares about residents' needs. I stayed at the complex for over a year and didn't have many issues. If I need something in my apartment taken care of, maintenance would fixed it right away. One downside to living there is that the laundry room wasn't always clean but the machines worked."
