"Stopped by the office with a few issues in my new apartment. Everything was fixed right away! The staff and maintenance here are Awesome .. Thank You!! Also I absolutely love the little brook that runs through here. ❤️ No one else has that!"

"The apartment itself is decent but the rules these people come up with are ridiculous. First they charge you water based on how the entire complex uses water not how your individual house uses it. And have the audacity to have a sprinkler system. Then the gate is always broken and making this siren ringing sound all through the night and they take a whole week to fix it everytime. They’ll fine you if you have anything other than a chair on YOUR OWN DAMN PATIO that you pay for. Now today I wake up to an email of them saying kids can’t play outside unless accompanied by an adult over 18. So basically a group of 12 year olds can’t play basketball outside or their parents will get fined. What kind of world do we live in that kids can no longer play outside. I will say other than my few complaints maintenance is always there right after a tickets is submitted and he does a great job. The neighborhood is calm and quiet most of the time and the ladies at the front desk are really sweet and beautiful. They have fixed the roads recently. They also changed the visitor car registration to not have a limit after getting complaints. That shows that they care about how we feel about certain things. I’ve lived here for years so don’t let my first half of the review scare you off."

"I just moved in two weeks ago, and so far so good. Property management is quick to respond and took care of everything I needed with no issues or delays. Very helpful and pleasant management. Lupe is who I have been working with, and I can’t thank her enough! A very nice and quiet complex, (WHICH IS EXTREMELY NEEDED) Also, maintenance is very nice and very fast in closing out work orders. I recommend these apartments to everyone!"

"I scheduled a tour, drove all the way there, only to be met with THE SMELL OF WEED BEFORE I GOT OUT MY CAR. I pulled right back out and left. Will not be renting here. Now I smoke too but it smelled like someone came up to you with a freshly rolled blunt that was already lit…. It was over powering. People got kids they don’t want around that. (I smoke but not around my child.)"

"Very quiet, clean property. The apartment manager is very understanding and helpful when I was in jam. I have been having a rough patch and was so stressed but after working with me is a relief off of my shoulders."
