"They don’t fix anything you call them for. Maintenance guys are the laziest and wouldn’t recommend living here. Call them to fix one of the wall electrical outlets that went off after the neighbors did something on their side and said everything is fine when it wasn’t. The central air hasn’t been fix after many calls to tell them to fix it."

"My friend had a disappointing experience with this apartment complex. Not only did they provide subpar customer service, but they also failed to adhere to fair housing standards. She encountered discrimination based on her background, and when she raised concerns, they were dismissed and ignored. The lack of professionalism and respect for fair housing laws at this complex is concerning and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and inclusive living environment. It is crucial for them to improve their practices and prioritize fair treatment for all residents."

"DONT LET THE PHOTOS FOOL YOU!!! Another company buying up a bunch of apartments, slapping a new coat of paint, double the rent, barely doing anything and adding a tow company, this is how they expect you to see visitor parking. Not to mention them pushing back move in dates after the agreed time, evidence of bugs after that coat of paint, their drainage is horrible it’s floods out patios and sidewalks, the buildings are sagging because of it (you can see it by all the misaligned doors), hell even the patio door looks like it’s been forced open a few times and painted over. Looking over the other reviews they’re all bad save for a few which all look like they were written but office staff."

"I give the apartment complex ZERO stars across the board. I work out of town. I came back from work to my locks changed and my stuff is thrown in the DUMPSTER I paid my rent on time. They left me with nothing. The management doesn't care he keeps saying it's above his pay grade. So I'm in a legal battle with them cause they only wanted to give me 300 worth of credit. The apartment complex are nasty.. They have parties every night leaving boxes of beers and glass everywhere. Roaches at a all time high here. I shouldve read the reviews here. If you down and really need a place this exactly what you looking for.. Currently looking for an apartment when my lease is UP! Be careful renting here. When you miss a payments of anything they will charge you 75$ other hidden fees. I never had an experience like this before! Update : so the communication from them is a 0/10. The service was 2/10 . My health feel threatened and they absolutely don’t fix it on time. The apartment was trash. I’ll have the health department out here immediately. I’ve been sick ever since that black stuff and other gas came into this unit"
