"Lived here for a year now. I loved them initially. But after the cabinet renovations, I’ve been having a roach infestation problem and it hasn’t been taken very seriously. The office is very communicative however no remedies aside from pest control and I’m not sure they really come and spray anything. (When I spray I can smell the chemicals for hours/days) but when the claim pest control comes , I don’t smell anything, nothing looks treated. Just a green slip. And it’s more than 10 roaches a day that I’m seeing. At this point I’m having to get quotes to have my unit exterminated out of my own pocket. It’s a decent apartment but this sudden change has got me looking elsewhere. Pretty ready to break the lease due to the roaches."

"Got a call from leasing to do an emergency entrance, I have a very flexible career. I came home to wet gunk through the dining area after I spent a significant amount of time cleaning my home and maintaining it. Wet gunk was on my A/C unit, the wall and floor. The maintenance man asked me to put in a maintenance report for the mess that was left on my floor, on my walls and on the A/C unit.. A great amount of disrespect. Live somewhere with people who respect you. Bless their hearts!"

"They tell you they have 3 laundry facilities on site, but what the fail to mention is that they are not clean and they don’t work. Don’t get hustled by this place go some where else"

"My time here in Arlington Oaks was interesting but in a good way. It is my first apartment since moving here from NYC so my expectations were not very high. I have dealt with all sorts of characters in NYC but here? Initially response time was horrible but it improved quickly. Any maintenance problems I had I was able to submit a request and in less than 2 days they came out and situated it. I had a lot of small issues I wanted to be fixed and guess what? They did. Laundry room not truly 24/7? Fixed Ceiling fan hanging by its life? Fixed Needed new filter for AC unit? Fixed Pool looks cloudy? Fixed Ceiling bursted with water on Christmas and all power was out? Fixed. Nathaly came and wet vacced my whole living room for me when its maintenances job (they were busy fixing problems). What property manager do you see doing that? Laundry machines not working? Fixed Every issue, within reason, they worked to get it situated. They are very communicative, not when I first moved in August 2022, via email and phone. They have grown to be better. They renovated all of the cabinets and sinks without raising my rent which is big for me because such renovations wouldve cost me in NYC. You can tell they love their job and you can tell that they are really trying their best to improve the aesthetics of the complex. New signs everywhere. Its a work in progress but their willingness to change and become better has shown over this year. I wish I can stay but I am moving closer to my job. 5 out of 5! And thats not always easy for me to say. Thank you Nathaly and Felicity."
