"Twenty-one years ago, I left my home country to embark on a journey to find a new home for myself and my two children. I have worked in four different countries, and we have moved more than 15 times, including changes due to my children’s schooling. So, we have lived in 15 different apartment complexes across these four countries. The last place we moved to was AVE Las Colinas in October 2021. My son now lives independently in Seattle. AVE Las Colinas is a new and well-maintained property. The apartments have beautiful architecture and interior design and are equipped with brand new and high-quality utilities. It’s a joy to be a resident here. In my experience, while there have been other properties with commendable qualities, the AVE team makes this place truly unique. I am treated here like family, which is so important for someone far away from their roots. Any concerns, troubles, or questions that might arise due to the complexity of life in a large community are promptly addressed by the team. All I have to do is write to them. They respond promptly, kindly, professionally, and empathetically. Depending on the nature of the concern or inquiry, I receive a call or a visit, day, or night. Hats off to the team. "I absolutely loved living at Ave Las Colinas! The apartment complex is right at the Center of DFW! Ave Las Colinas has a great location, community and team behind them! Andrew and Meghan always plan events to get the community together from holidays to game days, and even hosting cook-outs by the pool! I’m going to miss morning hot girl walks to starbies, and I’m sure my pup will miss his friends at the dog park. Thank you for everything!!"

"I was on a work trip from the UK and stayed at AVE Las Colinas for 6 weeks. The apartment was spacious, clean and new. Very comfortable bed and seating areas. Had all the amenities available - Dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The shower and bathroom were fine with plenty of towels available and the walk in wardrobe was a bonus. The battery on the smoke alarm triggered while I was there, but Andrew very promptly resolved the issue and arranged for the battery to be replaced. The location was great...just a short Uber ride to a wide range of great restaurants. Access to the pool and gym gave a great opportunity to relax after work and at the weekends It was perfect for my needs and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in the future."

"AVE, that’s what we call our HOME! We recently moved from a different state to Texas and AVE is the best decision we took in the overall transition. This is an amazing community with great amenities and the best people! Be it leasing team or maintenance team, everyone works their best to accommodate anything to make tenants/future tenants feel safe and secured. Our movement from a different state was really chaotic but AVE team made sure we are not bothered by anything prior, during and after the movement.
