Yelling and screaming, talking over my client, This place isn’t even prestigious enough to be tolerated. I will not refer any of my clients to rent here. This is no way to be treated when your a potential tenant!"

"I moved out 5 months ago and still haven't received my refund. They have changed staff so much that no one can keep track of anything. Then they say the accounting office is short staffed and that's why nothing has been resolved. Also, don't count on anyone calling you back, even if they promise they will. Rent went up over $200 in the 2 years I was there. Also, their pest control company comes into your house without notice and doesn't leave a note, just rearranges your things and leaves you guessing if you've been burglarized."
"I moved out of this apartment in december of 2022 and have YET to recieve my refund. A whole year of calls asking for updates and emails demanding a timeline . A WHOLE YEAR and this apartment cant send me a check for under $100. The number they request you to call hangs up on me immediatley. I have nobody reaching out to me and the last time i was able to get crystal on the phone she said" ill follow up with billing" which two months later,.. still missing my check. They ignore you and refuse to get you your refund back run FAR away from this complex. Im so beyond fustrated and upset."
"I am so happy to live here. This is my 7th year living here. I feel so safe and peaceful. I am 65 years old and being safe is so important. Crystal is the manager and she always helpful and kind and dresses well. Maria is so friendly she is always helping me with paying online and making sure my maintenance needs are recorded. I love it here thank you"
