"We have been living at this property for over 3 years now and renewed our lease last year. Our apartment has high ceilings with lots of natural light, and large bathrooms and closets. Firstly, the staff here is amazing, they are very helpful! Brene, Josh, Morgan and Travis are my favorite. Staff is professional, friendly and have always listened to our concerns. What I like most about is that concerned are not only listened, but they are resolved as soon as possible. We had few bad experiences like trash is not being picked up on time, but none of those issues were major. We discussed this issue with new property manager (Travis), and the issue was resolved within a week! Since then, the trash is being picked up onetime. I must say Travis is very transparent and get the job done! Secondly, the communication from staff is good. Maintenance requests are completed onetime, sometime completed next day! Everything is neat by even the airport! Last but not the least, the property is clean and has beautiful amenities. I LOVE their coffee!!! Thank you ZRS management."

"I recently moved in so I have not lived here long but so far it is amazing. The entire complex is very nice and I love that they have storage closets in the hallways available for rent. We were able to get one right next to our apartment which is great. The office staff has also been super friendly and helpful. Brene was so sweet during move in and made sure all of our questions were answered and we had everything we need. Jessica was also really helpful throughout the application and signing process. So far we have only had one problem, it was with the online resident portal, and they immediately fixed it for us as soon as we noticed it."
