"Most of the positive reviews are fake. Previous tenant here, management is trash and will catch attitudes for doing their simple job. Management does not respond to emails and property is always trashy externally. Management orders will not be fulfilled and you will have to go through a long process with moving out with these ppl. You will be overcharged for the basic apartment and they will apply 2-3 months of utilities to your account late (due to lack of proper management) to make it seem like you are behind when you are really not. Also, if you ever try to contact Corporate or upper management , they will never respond. Please save yourself the mental anguish and stay away. I am trying to warn you. If you care about your mental health & money, stay away from ANY Tides apartments. BTW they like to delete honest reviews."

"I know a lot of these reviews are fake with 4+ Stars. I've live over here over 10 years and I will say I have NEVER seen this property on such a decline. From the people they are moving in to the Out of state owners that purchased. Trash piles up for weeks with no regard nor explanation. Once they FINALLY pay waste services then the exterior lighting is out for extended periods. Again with no explanation from the management. This is unacceptable. Will not be renewing."

"I love my apartment James took care of everything fast and efficiently, when maintenance was needed they came promptly, my apartment was clean, all light fixtures and ceiling fans worked as well as all appliances the rent paying process was explained to my thoroughly and he even registered my vehicle with the towing company for me as I didn’t know how if I could give 10 stars for this apartment and 20 for James I absolutely would."

"UPDATE: after posting my review, I was able to speak with the property manager, James, who I shouted out on my review for being a kind and excellent person. He was able to provide clarity on the problems I experienced and provided excellent solutions. I appreciate the fact that he handled my concerns quickly. ANTS!!!! The place is very affordable but my god does it have an ant problem. I had asked for exterminator but whoever was working in the office that day forgot to schedule my appointment so I had to go 3 weeks without any exterminator. I don’t even want to begin with the fact that the apartment clearly knew there was a LARGE AMOUNT OF DUST ON THE AIR-VENTS BUT NEVER CLEANED IT OUT BEFORE I MOVED IN. The bathroom began to leak and had requested a maintenance guy to look and fix but the LEAK IS STILL PRESENT BUT NOW THERE IS A TAPPING ON MY TUB 24/7. The towing company that’s here is horrible and will tow visitors constantly and the process to get a visitor pass is so tedious for no reason. James is a sweet guy to talk to and can really help out but the overall experience I’ve had so far (one month) has been a headache."
