The first time I reached out for rental inquiry management was attentive to what I needed. She answered all our questions and the application process was super smooth & easy. 1 year later I couldn't be happier! If we need any Maintenance management sends someone right away. This place maintains clean and everyone here is friendly. Property manager Betsy goes above & beyond for residents! First-class customer service from start to finish!"

"Great place to live in. Yumir helped me out a lot and answered any and all questions I had. My only concern would be maintenance not having fixed the stuff from my work order and then marking it off as completed. We did have roaches during the move in but was quickly treated and taken care of. But other than that, it’s a really quiet and peaceful complex to live in."

"I love living in this community. The staff are super friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond to ensure residents are as happy as can be. The maintenance staff are great at what they do, quick service, and exceptional work. Numerous amenities are available, and a surplus of parking is available. Having a gate at the entrance that is always closed helps to make the community much safer than the surrounding areas. I hope to live here for a long time"

"Love this complex. We began our journey with Angelo who took his time to explain the unit layouts, prices, and amenities to us. He was patient and showed that he truly cared about our experience visiting this complex. He was communicative the entire process. After living here a while, we met Yamir the assistant manager (I apologize if I misspelled it). She is bubbly, warm, and welcoming. She is always willing to help and is knowledgeable about any questions you may have. Cindy the office manager will make sure all your needs and wants are locked in. I know I can come to her about anything as a tenant and she will put her best foot forward for me. On top of amazing office staff, maintenance will handle and correct any requests you submit with a smile. I’m blessed to have found a comfortable and affordable place. Thanks Rise North Arlington!"

"I do not know how many years experience Cindy has in apartment management, but I do know she was a fabulous choice to be made manager of this complex. Very good move on the property owner’s part.
