"The swimming pool and gym are not working / the management treated me fraudulently to make me pay more money / and the way of dealing and talking to the tenant is very bad and in a disrespectful manner. All this in Euless, I don't know about other places. I do not advise anyone . For your information, you should go to the city and file your complaint. In the Euless administration, they despise you and you find no one to hold them accountable except the city power"

"I live here for 2 years. Family friendly, pets friendly, clean property, management is amazing and very helpful. Quiet and safest apartments I have ever lived in. School is literally across the small street. Police department across the intersection. No noise during nights, no drunks, no drugs, family oriented, I am so grateful for this place, I feel safe, my child is safe, for us it is most important thing. Highly advise it as the place you can call HOME"

"This Complex routinely "monitors" its residents' water usage and when they deem that "enough" water has been used by its residents they turn it off. This directly Violates TexasRenter's Rights, and is legal grounds for the Termination of any Contracted Lease you might have with this complex. They also routinely blame the "Bi-Weekly Water Outage" on "Plumbing Emergencies ". As a Contractor I have a background in plumbing, And based on my observation the system has never reacted the way it should if plumbed to code. The water being turned off is always followed by a "storie" from the management to its residence about the "City having a Gas Leak" or the "Boiler being Broke" or "Construction Across the Street Hitting a Mainline"... Now all of these are in fact plumbing emergencies! But their is 0 Documentation, & 0 Permits Pulled with Euless to back any of these scenarios. So I would strongly advise anyone tempted by the price of this place to avoid it at all cost. As a Note: I do not live here. And at the request of a tenant that will remain anonymous I've collected information to back these claims up."

"This is the worst apartment I have ever been. Please avoid this apartment. When we received our apartment it was very dirty, the dishwasher was dirty and had worms in it and the worms were coming from the wood. At the end of the contract they fined me $250. They said I didn’t clean the apartment but I did clean and vacuum the carpet.Also, this place is not safe. My car’s muffler are stolen, and my neighbor's truck is stolen from him."
