"NEW EDIT: Nee property managers have exerted much effort in improving the complex and I believe this will continue. Also the monthly events are a great addition. Keep it up! ORIGINAL: 3k a month to live in a disgusting hallway they refuse to clean and a bunch of huge roaches. Calling the office is pointless because they will never arrange power washes. Easiest job in the world has to be the property manager of this complex."

"Long time resident here! I love calling The Landing home. The new manager, Amanda, seems dedicated to upholding high standards and making sure our community is safe, clean, and a pleasant place to live. In my experience, new management has been very communicative and kind, and I love how they’ve arranged a ton of new resident events to try to foster a sense of community. Maintenance has always been courteous and speedy, and tons of upgrades/touch ups are being done around the community. Can’t wait to see how everything turns out!"

"Where is our human decency, and compassion for one another. So I received a notice that had a total for me to pay. Once paid I notice that the amount was wrong. I went to the office to let them "Amanda" that the amount was wrong I was told that a third party adds up everything. Almost $200 that I need for my bills, food. And was told the manager was out on vacation and there was nothing she could do she then preceding to manually go in and said that I wasn't charged for some items and after she adjusted it and I asked for a itemized statement, she said" now we only owe you $60. She manually charged me the items 2x. Bad business. Then the first after the situation happened was "Amànda" emailing me about the renter insurance policies. Not an update due to her mistake."

"This is the worst apartment complex. My car got stolen out of the parking lot and I didn’t even get an “I’m sorry” from the people in the office. So I had to purchase another car. I arrived at the complex at 12:30 am with my brand new car that wasn’t yet registered to be parked at the complex and they had it towed at 1:30 am. The tow company destroyed my car, it’s now being repaired. So far the bill for repairs is $2000, and I’ll once again be without a car. My car was literally in the parking lot for one hour without being registered before being towed. Now for the complex itself. The halls and stairs are absolutely filthy. The pool is always closed for maintenance. It reeks of pot 24/7. I could go in and on! So happy to be leaving this dump!"

"One of the worst apartment complexes I have ever lived in. The complex is newish, but it isn’t maintained or run very well. Upon move in, we noticed there were dead roaches everywhere, and our unit was not cleaned prior to move in… Instead of cleaning, they just applied paint over everything… Also the property management is terrible and apathetic about running the property. Thomas in particular is horrible. Informed him that the hallway in my building had a shattered liquor bottle in the walkways. I asked for a broom and he half heartedly looked for one then just shrugged me off like the glass wasn’t a big deal. DO NOT STAY HERE! The apartments are over priced and HORRIBLY run… and the roaches…"
