"I am not a resident. I went to Wood Hollow to become one and I almost did. Keniecia was great and very professional. She gave me all the information while she showed me around. Ultimately, my current apartment complex was able to make some adjustment to the new lease with a new offer that I could not pass up. That’s the only reason why I had to give Keniecia the “bad news” , which she took very graciously . I was ready for Wood Hollow; it’s a great place and it really impressed me. I would recommend it. Who knows, maybe next year …. Antonio Orru"
"Maintenance has been pretty quick and attentive recently. No roaches or pests which I'm grateful about! A large lr parking area would be nice. Haven't had any issues with the neighbors personally except the one couple that screams their head off around 10pm a few nights a week in building 13 somewhere. I appreciate how attentive staff is! So far it's been a pretty goodnplace to live."
"This apartment has been charging me $50 for the past 3 months on top of my rent for rental insurance while I have it already and sent them proof. That’s stealing ! Called and sent numerous emails to Keniecia and was told that the manager will contact me. It’s been more than 2 weeks. Neighbors will steal your package if you don’t have a ring camera on front door, beware of that. You pay rent to leave with roaches! Maintenance takes 3 weeks to come and fix even the most simple issue. I’ve been here for more than a year and nothing has changed! I’ll continue adding these reviews until yall stop this madness"
"Worked with Lakesha, she was so helpful and got me in my place quick and easy! She made sure to check on me and make sure I was enjoying my place. Plus, she’s hilarious! Im looking forward to living here the next year. The apartment is nice and quiet, and they address any issues quickly."
"I love my apartment. It’s small, but well designed. It faces the pool. It’s surrounded by trees. The price was good, better than average so I was very happy to move in. The leasing agent Craig is top notch, best ever! He goes above and beyond to take care of your needs. I see some improvement with the grounds."
