"Horrible experience. Roaches, roaches, and more roaches. The monthly pest control did not help with the problem. While they did window replacements for all the units, the crew left debris and shards of glass on my kid’s bed. I’m happy to have moved out. Anywhere would be better than here. A child was also struck by a car driven by a drunk resident. Beware"
"Apartments are apartments, some better than others. I have been at these apartments for almost three years. Recently moved from a studio to a one bedroom and it’s much nicer and cleaner. This unit has been renovated and looks so nice. There was an ongoing issue with very high electric bills in the old unit, the new one doesn’t seem to have these issues. The office staff has been accommodating in different circumstances and fixed the issues as they would arise. Overall, it’s not the worst place to live, it’s affordable and the new upgrades are nice and are so needed. Location is great with easy access to major highways and the airport. I have always felt safe living here as a single woman."
