"The office is always so helpful in finding the best solutions for us! Maintenance is on top and very attentive to our needs! Of course there’s issues but what complex doesn’t have any problems. But I have to say the whole team works diligently in communication and resolving any issues at hand!"

"I gave 2 stars because granted Paul and Genesis was helpful, kind and informative during the initial application process, but I paid $350 for the application fee and was denied, I heard nothing back or a reason for the denial. I had to reach out to the office multiple times asking for the refundable part of that fee which is only $150, he’s excuse for no response was they have a “skeleton crew”. I asked for my refund to be deposited back to the card I paid with or to pickup a check from the office, I was told it would be up to 30 days before it would be returned to me via mail - fast forward 2 months later and I have yet to receive my refund and no further word from the office. I was excited to be apart of this community but how they are handling the aftermath, I am glad I couldn’t get in and …. Still waiting for my refund!"

"I am incredibly happy with my apartment. From the day I came into the office and viewed to the day I moved in, Paul was AMAZING. I came from out of town and he even sent me a list of things to do, places to eat, and cool things that make Texas fun. I am actually checking off the list each week and loving it. I have never seen someone go above and beyond. He is also incredibly funny and friendly. It feels like getting a best friend in a new place. Thank you so much."

"We went and toured the property last week, my best friend and I. We are looking for an apartment in the area and the location is perfect. We weren’t very impressed with the apartment, not the condition, or the layout. The floor plan that we were most interested in, isn’t available, but after seeing the other floor plans, this complex is probably not a great fit for us anyway, I think we are looking for something a little nicer, and more updated. That being said, the gentleman that we met with was so awesome and if we were to rent here, he would have been the reason for it. He was hilarious and personable, he was very honest and incredibly helpful, and we would have loved to have him as a neighbor. The community seemed great, nice amenities, and we loved all that was available as far as socializing… apparently there are several d&d games that are played on site with members of the apartment community and that’s awesome! The price is great and the location is perfect for any commute within dfw."

"Living in Post Oaks was not the best experience for me at first. However, with the help of the new management team, I was able to switch apartments and now I love it! Paul was incredibly kind and patient in assisting me throughout the process. Courtney and Britney were also very attentive, and Nate has always been there to help me fix anything in my apartment. I am grateful to the Post Oak Place team for their exceptional service and for making my living experience a better one."
