"A few years back around 2015 it was a decent place to live but the management over time has turned awful. The ladies in the front office think they're on a Kardashian show with little common sense. Maintenance guys are very nice and professional but overwhelmed with the amount of work since it seems the complex rather doodle with repairs than replace broken air units. The complex is infested with bedbugs and roaches and the units still have very old carpet, some units with black mold and leaks from sinks and bad piping."
"Do not move into these apartments! You can do all you can to leave the apartment clean after you move out and they will keep your money!!!! I cleaned that whole apartment from top to bottom!! It’s sad Management was always Changing when I used to live there and never kept track of complaints that i made and stated that I never filed any!!! Worst experience ever in these apartments honestly. I am so disappointed and corporate office wouldn’t even care if you called them. Even thought the apartments are nice my only problem is my neighbors upstairs. They make sooooooo much noise and have complained twice already. It’s ridiculous! The noise continues till this day and has not gotten any better."
"This apartment complex is the worst in the city...infested with roaches, rats and bugs. The management team does nothing. I ran into one lady at a hospital going through surgery due to a roach got in her ears. This is very bad. Plesse do not move in to these apartments i lived there and moved out five months ago"
"This place is infested with cockroaches and rats the size of my foot. The office double-charged me twice, billing me $50 both times, and now they're requiring me to pay in person, even though I can't do that because I work three jobs and attend college."
"I had a 5 star review regarding how Crest oasis handled a previous wasp or bee hive but I dropped it to 1 star due to having my apt flooded from the upstairs neighbor and After repeatedly informing the office regarding this issue, and having various dry wall patches and being told by the office to “simply let the upstairs neighbor know not to use too much water” one day my apt flooded. Insurance declined helping with the electrical bill and water bill and when I reached out to have part of my next month rent docked the office declined that too. This could have been easily avoided but they waited for it to reach the absolute worse point."
