"If the apartment complex or land owners showed that they actually care for the residents versus secretly putting in unnecessary charges in the lease contract. This looks like fraud and only a lackadaisical person would not care that they are paying for the HOA community next to them. Who ever lives at this location. Have fun helping them with money laundering."
"I live on the third floor and simply love my space! It is comfortable and homely. I barely hear my neighbors to the right or left. Took my children to the pool and they met new friends. The neighbors with dogs have been friendly even the furry neighbors are nice. You don't see that everywhere trust me. The location to the main freeways are great. I would highly recommend. I like to let the staff know thank you for helping me make this decision to move here you guys are amazing!"

She treats you more like a friend than a leasing agent sitting behind a desk signing contracts. "Staff are great. Apartments are nice and updated. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. My dogs love both the dog parks which are easily accessible from pretty much anywhere. They have plenty of room to run and even running water. Most people pick up after their pets but even still, someone comes by to do it each week regardless. FYI $400 non refundable deposit per pet plus pet rent was a little hard to swallow. Otherwise It’s been pretty nice here."
