"They don’t respond to emails/work orders. They have entered our apartment without notice on multiple occasions. I am attaching a picture of a very large (and very active) wasps nest that is directly outside our door. We emailed them 3 times about it and they did nothing."

"If I could rate this apartment complex less than one star I would. I think I’ll start with the roach infestation. Every apartment is filled with roaches and it seems like the owner doesn’t care to actually get rid of the problem. They do spray every couple of weeks but this deep rooted issue needs more than that. The office staff is terrible (except for the youngest girl she’s very nice and accommodating) but the manager is rude, unprofessional and discriminatory. She always has the worst attitude especially with folks who aren’t white Americans. There has also been a rent increase that will range from $200-300 for every unit. This I don’t understand because the apartment floors are cheap vinyl, there are not enough parking spaces, everything that’s been “updated” has received the “landlord special” (including the painted over ROACHES) the plumbing and water systems are awful which include constantly clogged tubs and water that goes from hot to cold 20 times during a 5 minute shower. And if you’d like to request maintenance be prepared to wait multiple days/week. You can call, email and go in person and yet they will still not send anyone and the maintenance they DO send do a half effort job. This complex is old and rotting best thing the owner could do is tear it down."

"I’m on my second year of living here and i truly love it! The manager is so nice and will fix any issue you have fast. Maintenance always gets work orders done efficiently, they will be in your apartment either the same day or next day! Office staff in general is great, and they always communicate with residents which is something you won’t experience in many apartments. They’re also very good at making sure their towing company comes out and that we never struggle with parking. If you’re looking for somewhere to move i definitely recommend moving here, you’ll have a great experience!"
