"I've lived here for years and have had nothing short of a great experience. I have had no issues with bugs, pests, maintenance, office staff, or neighbors. This is a quiet, comfortable spot that is hidden away from all the noise and commotion. The location is amazing. It's 10 mins from DFW international, 15 mins from the Cowboy/Rangers Stadiums, and 25 mins from Downtown Dallas and Fort Worth on either side. Additionally, there is easy access to the 360 and 183, gas stations, and several restaurants. All of which are less than 3 mins away. This has been the best apartment-living experience I have ever had."
"Ashley, Katie, and their leasing team are some the most caring, efficient people I have ever dealt with living in an apartment complex. My experience living here for 4+ years was fantastic and I never had problems with maintenance/leasing at any time. I hated to leave here to move for a different job location, but knowing I would be welcomed back made me feel great about this team/apartment complex."
"I stayed here, my name is changed here for my privacy. Please respect that. I see the responses for some of the reviews. That’s so funny that a legal action will be taken. If you have doubt if I’m was a resident, I can post my final move out bill as an attachment that might further have negative effect on you. As one of the reviewer said, the move out charges are so expensive almost a month worth rent. When asked about it, the management people had very rude tone. They don’t know how to talk to residents, specifically the ladies in the leasing office - Kathy, Ashley"
"I know some of these people and they are really posting excessively to lower the score. Can't say much, just hope your karma isn't too intense. Center Oaks was a great place to stay, my personal experience with move out fees was minor but I kept things clean, treated the flat like it was mine. best wishes to all of you"
"My friend stayed there, it was a pretty nice place but he had difficulties when he moved out, they kept one month rent from the deposit and the reason wasn’t shared him. This was not communicated earlier either. So I think it has poor management.."
