The place is close to everything you need such as Walmart, Quicktrip, Aldi, Fast Food, and Churches. It is within walking distance to Family Dollar, T- Metro Phones, Laundry, Haircuts, and too many other places to list."
"Can you please give me a call? I left a voicemail and emailed. Update: I'm ready to apply if you can answer my phone calls, text or emails please. Update: Supposed to move in in 5 days and still haven't heard from you about paying rent or when I can get the keys. Please have the owner contact me. UPDATE: Finally got apartment but it's disgusting and was clearly previously invested with roaches. Suppressed to meet with manager this morning to turn in my walk through and I wanted to discuss the condition of the apartment. She gave me 9am today and here I am waiting an hour later. She only responds to text and hasn't yet. Got a furnished unit and wanted the broken dresser removed but she says she can't and there's only one maintenence guy. Unless you're desperate look elsewhere. For us this is the cheapest we could find for a short term lease so we'll have to deal with it. But I'm about to be a six month pain in the a$$ of i can't even reach anyone. I will reach to the city cause this is crazy."
