"Have lived here for going on 3 yrs. I have been satisfied with most of the management. But since Joe started he has done a remarkable job getting the complex in shape. He has a big job to do here but between him and Raul and his assistant they are a great team and are showing improvement all the time."

"The Manager, Joe Scott, really works with his tenants. I spoke with him about me helping my daughter with rent and payments and he did everything possible to help get things sorted out. Not too many places really care about their tenants and the situations they are in. This place does and the management is awesome."
"Don't apply for an apartment here. They will lie to your face and scam you out of money. They will also hang up on you when you try to call them. They will also falsify Information on your application (ie putting in your social security number) Saying things that are your credit report and when you double check that information and it comes out as false. They want only people that have prefect credit and rental history. I feel like that I got scammed ."
"Never ending roach problems, spider problems hot water gets turned off every month maintenance never fixes anything the only way the maintenance fixes anything is with duck tape i had a broken window in my bathroom since the last winter storm we had. It’s not worth $1470 a month here and you’ll regret that you even look at this place are you thought about living here? I can’t wait for my lease to be up."
