"Pros- All bills paid Leasing agents and in complex handymen are super-nice and friendly Cons- Central heating that barely works in the summer or winter. So expect scorching July and freezing January. Parking spaces are compact"

"The heater never works on winter and AC is down majority of the time in summer. The repairs take forever and nobody picks up the calls. This has to be the worst apt complex to ever live in."

"Cons: -AC leaks and they just shop vac the water up, does the job for about a month during the summer. Then they repeat the process. (Caused mold in the hallway and closet) Also severe damage to the walls from the moisture. -Left a hole in the kitchen wall for over a year, from busted pipes. -Controlled AC/Heat. For this complex it is not uncommon to go without AC when it’s warm outside. You get heat in October and if it’s cold before then… you’re sol.. -Beginning of 2023 it was a quiet neighborhood, September and on is a different story.. Cops being called on rowdy neighbors, DV, and more. -Rent increase was outrageous. Pros: -All bills paid. I would not recommend."

"Update: I am looking forward to moving out as as this is no longer a good fit for me. Whoever moves into my unit will understand the details below. Pros Before the property was purchased by whatever LLC that owns it now, this apartment complex was taken care of. Maintenance is quick for requests that you put in. Management in the office is attentive, and understanding. Thank you Stacy. She is doing her best, and I appreciate that. Relatively affordable and most neighbors are friendly. Cons Increased Price not worth decreased quality of living standards/services I have had my sleep interrupted between 12AM and 4AM almost every night for 2-3 months due to loud angry neighbors arguing, slamming doors, and objects, even after notifying the apartment management 15+ times. The management tried their best to remedy this situation. Laundry room only has 4/16 or so working for a few months."

"If you’re looking for an amazing apartment complex to live at, I would recommend spring valley. Great community, well maintenanced, and even better office staff!. The only con and sole reason I can’t give 5 stars is due to the neighbors. It seems as though if we sneeze too loud they are quick to make a report to the office or even call the cops! no matter how quite you try to be. Other than that spring valley is an amazing place to reside and I truly recommend to all who wish to live here."
