The Jackson at Viridian

"We came for a tour and was really impressed by the apartments and Jordan (leasing agent). She was super nice, professional and gave us a great tour. However, we have been in about 10-12 days total and there have been some issues we have noticed. 1. Getting anyone to answer the phones in the office rarely happens. 2. Dog poop is everywhere in the grassy areas. Clearly no resident cleans up after their dogs. 3. The building we toured smelled nice and looked very clean. Our apartment is in building three and the hallways smell, carpet in halls are stained and dirty, there was a used paper plate on the first floor outside the elevators for at least 5 days til I finally just picked it up myself and the trash rooms often smell and have piles of trash in them. 4. Office is not organized. We initially were given a garage that still had stuff in it. We alerted the office a few times and finally after about a week, they just moved us to another garage. Office staff admitted they don’t have good records of what garages are actually rented and in use versus which ones are open. 5. Two days ago, we asked to get a reserved parking spot in the bottom floor of the garage since spring storms will be coming and we don’t want hail damage. Just like the garage, they said they need to audit to see which ones are taken and which ones are being used. Again…do you not keep records and a master copy of the layout so you can access this info quickly? It’s been two full days and still waiting to see if they have one open. 6. The apartment itself is one of the nicest I’ve ever rented. It was very clean and up to date. However, walk out the door and you are hit with hallway stinch and dirty carpet. 7. Overall, our hall is very quiet. Residents on our hall seem respectful and friendly."

"Jordan was such a pleasure to tour with, and is so friendly and welcoming. Her customer service is above and beyond, seriously. Unfortunately the units available didn’t match our timeline we needed for our family, but the property was gorgeous. I definitely recommend the Jackson"

"The apartments and staff is great, the community not so much. I live on the first floor, people with dogs blatantly ignore the various stations with plastic bags and trash bins. They have made walking outside into a horrible experience with dog poop everywhere. Also, there are lots of smokers on the premises. Sometimes the smell is so heavy that it flows into my apartment, not to mention the communal hallway turns into a hotbox. Management has sent emails with consequences, but the problems persist. This would be an amazing place to live if it weren't for some of these disrespectful residents."

"I love where I live! I’ve lived here for over a year and hands down this is best group of professionals who’ve managed this property. SO communicative and they do a wonderful job fostering a clean and Positive environment. The events they host are so fun, relevant and I love the amount of engagement we get with our neighbors. Also please keep the Thursday food trucks; it’s such a convenience and I love discovering new food. Thank you to the entire staff; I love it here!"
