"These apartments are horrible! My parents have called multiple times for the past month asking for them to fix their AC unit. It is 105 degrees outside so just imagine how hot it is inside their apartment!!!! Not to mention their pool is dark green!?!!!"

"Who is excited to be working with the new property manager and all new staff? I know I am! It has not always been the most pleasant experience living here. But to know the owner has hired on a new manager and new staff is such wonderful news. I am very hopeful. Please, let us all give the new manager and staff some time to turn things around. "This place is the Worst apts you can get into my daughter moved in with her children they havent fixed her air. The maintenance man doesnt seem to know what hes doing they have had to go through some hot air at night and day they say they are going to work on it and nothing seems to happen shes paying 1600 for apt geeze. Jennifer just doesnt care.we call she promises and nothing also they brought a new dishwasher in box 3 months ago and they still havent installed it. Yesterday her apt got flooded they still havent done anything,next call is home office and to city of Euless see where they forward me to for help. if anyone knows please write back {Devonshire Realestate}"
"This place is the worst place to live. The apartment manager is rude to her tenants. She doesn’t want to work with you. I am a nurse and I work from 6 am to 7 pm. She is charging me 100 cause supposedly no one answered and I have a dead bolt, I don’t have a dead bolt. She don’t want to have her workers stay late. The apartment inspector already came. They are definitely not impressed with apartments. The inspector said that they should be shut down since they saw so many violations in my apartment. They are also roach infested. You barley see pest control."
