"I rented here a few years ago. I was a long term tenant and got along great with neighbors and staff. The apartment complex was clean, professional, and kind but they went under new management 3 years ago. One neighbor had an issue with me and when I brought it to the new managements attention that I was being harassed, Amanda took sides instead of being fair. Honestly it felt like discrimination because I wasn’t of Latin descent. Long story short, that neighbor got me kicked out of this apartment, Amanda ruined my excellent credit. I can’t rent anywhere else, I can’t purchase a new car, I can’t buy a home. Ever since I left this apartment it has effected and impacted my life greatly. It’s very upsetting knowing I had excellent credit since I was 18. I’m 28 now….. and over a minor situation that could’ve been easily resolved, it has caused me a great deal of trouble since leaving. It’s really sad I can’t move on with my life. I can’t have a new beginning and rent a new place or buy a home, I can’t even get a new car…. Every time I write a review, management deletes it. I really don’t care how Amanda feels about me, I have no hate for her. it’s just messed up she goes around saying God is watching all while ruining my personal life. People don’t understand that sometimes it’s not about how you feel about someone, it’s about being genuine and doing what’s right…."

"Been living here for about a year and I’m going to be honest, it’s average. I live in one of the loft apartments, and during the summer, because the only air conditioning is an old, rattling unit stuck into the window, it is hot and humid and nearly unbearable unless you run your A/C 24/7. The laundry facilities are fine and so is the mail, and I don’t really have a problem with the pool area either. My problem lies with the things that happen time after time after time. Whenever it rains you can expect the exit gate to be broken and the entrance gate to be sitting open for all the world to enter as they wish. There are bugs and lizards everywhere— it’s not uncommon to find them in the bathroom and the kitchen and the living room— there’s massive gaps under the door that let in the summer heat and winter cold. The storm drains are mangled from careless gardeners, and just this past week my front door knob broke off completely. This happened at around 9pm, and because the office closes around 5 or 6pm, there was no way in hell I was going to reach someone for this obvious safety hazard. Maintenance used to be stellar; the guy helped me move furniture up to my second floor when I first moved in. Now I’ve called 4 different numbers they have listed and couldn’t reach a single person. Not sure what they’ve done recently but the lack of transparency and communication is INFURIATING. This review is long but the only good qualities I’ve managed to gleam from this place is that, for the most part, it’s quiet, and it has a safe-ish vibe to it. The price is whatever, and the only reason I really moved here to begin with was because I was on a time crunch for a place to stay. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re really on a budget."

"I lived there from July 2021 - July 2022 and it honestly wasn't bad for the price and it was my first time leasing. Amanda was super helpful when it came to any issues, questions, or concerns I was having and maintenance always fulfilled request within 1-2 days. Parking was good if you don't reserve spot even late at night. Neighbors mostly kept to themselves and no one was really ever disturbing the community as far as I can remember. There were bugs but nothing extreme like an infestation or anything. The main entry gate was broken probably 50% of the time but the surrounding neighborhood didn't seem unsafe to me so it wasn't a huge concern. I will say that the washers and dryers sucked so if you're able to go somewhere else to wash your clothes it's probably best to just avoid it. I never used the gym or pool so I can't really say anything about them. Overall I definitely would've renewed my lease if I wasn't moving out of state, this place is decent especially for the price!"

"Do not rent in here , such a big mistake. They will keep you in the dark and not telling you what issues and problems you will have, they want you to just get into the contract and sign and after if you complain or want to terminate the lease, there is absolutely no one out there, only the lady in office, i told them that my apartment has so many bugs and roaches and we were getting bitten but they just keep spraying and then we got allergies to whatever they were spraying and the bugs and roaches were still there ,so i had to terminate the lease and look for another place after 4 months and paid a lot of unnecessary fees and early termination fees and two months rents ."

"Amanda is always really helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries. Moved in a few months ago and Amanda made everything easy with being knowledgeable and looking out for the residents. The apartment are clean, gated and the surrounding neighborhood is for the most part quiet. Overall has been a positive experience!"
