"Previously called "Woodland West Apartments" and the problems before still persists only now rent is more expensive and you live in a construction zone with the new owners making updates to random empty units. Lipstick on a pig. Only before we knew we lived in a cheap apartment. With this higher cost, I expect better. It is not."
"The Bowen of Arlington is a great place to live. And is in a great location, you have grocery stores and restaurants all around you. The staff at The Bowen is TOP NOTCH and very very professional, and takes very good care of there residents. The Bowen is in the process of a make-over and will look great once completed. The complex is definitely kid friendly and as far as i am concerned has a great group of nice and friendly people living in the complex. It is most definitely a place i would recommend to anyone looking for a place to live."
