"3 stars because the walls are thin and you can easily hear people walking/talking in the hallway and people walking from the apartment above you. After awhile, it gets SUPER annoying. Fairly clean apartment complex. RA’s/Staff are friendly but WAY too many rules/policies. I guess that’s part of living on campus though. I’m over 22 so I don’t feel like I need as much guidance like these freshmen do. Maintenance is great whenever there is a problem. Rent is cheap. Garage parking. I would say this is an average apartment for living on campus. Appliances are dated but they work. Dryer/washer included and spacious closet for the season."

"A great first apartment for me and my roommate! Sure it's a little dated, but I think many of the bad reviews are a bit dramatic. Little to no pest problems inside the apartment. UTA maintenance always fixed any problems we did have. I took a star away bc when we first moved in, the AC was broken! They gave us portable AC units until it was fixed though. Never had any AC problems after that."

"I lived here for about 2 years and sadly do not recommend this complex to anyone, choose a different building. Pros: Spacious closet, individual washer and dryer units, comes furnished, RAs/staff are friendly and helpful, low rent. Cons: Appliances, furniture, and upkeep are worn and outdated, bathroom and kitchen space is too minimal, the WIFI is complicated and dysfunctional, mold, tap water is unfiltered, constant noise, not a social environment, the corners of the apartment have permanent filth, apartment elevator is falling apart, the hallways are unsanitary and moth infested."

"Save yourself a lot of trouble and stress by reading the whole handbook cover to cover!! If they have an opportunity to they will fine you every chance they get. This goes for all university living areas! If you can avoid having to stay in these apartments, please avoid it. I’ve never lived in a complex with so many bugs before. I sweep the floors in my unit daily and always find myself sweeping up some type of beetle or moth, and I have seen two water bugs so far. There was also an insane moth infestation in the halls as well. The halls are nasty and so are the elevators. People like to drag their trash bags on the concrete through the hallway leaving snail trails of trash juice everywhere and leave puddles of it in the elevators as well. They keep the first floor looking a lot cleaner than the others. Everything in the unit is out dated and falling apart. You don’t get a pantry closet and there isn’t a lot of space at all.You can tell that they attempt to cover everything with a coat or two of paint. I recommend looking elsewhere unless this a last resort option."

"Everything is overpriced at UTA, but it honestly isn't too pricey unless you get a single room. The walls are a little thin but usually there isn't a lot of commotion. There is more than enough space and utilities are payed. Comes with a refrigerator, washer, and dryer. Haven't had many major issues but when things do go wrong it takes forever for them to get to you. Not a social place if that's what you want but honestly solid place to live with close proximity to campus. Internet is excellent and the building is fairly clean. Really an excellent living space for a college run apartment."
