"A water leak first leak in the faucets then the garbage disposal stops working, then the dishwasher stops working now the waters gone. This is a series of events from Monday to Friday. They fix one thing and break another I guess. Also the maintenance is pathetic RA on call does not want to help at all. they just pick your phone and say its not and emergency generate a maintenance request. Not renewing the lease at all"

"I have been living at Centennial Court for the past year. Previously, I've had some very bad experiences with maintenance not addressing requests and with disrespectful work crews. I recently had a particularly negative experience, but the very next day the general manager (who is amazing) reached out and has gone above and beyond in repairing the situation. No apartment complex is ever perfect, but it's clear to me that management is making a considerable effort to turn this place around. Unfortunately, there is only so much that management can do. The buildings here are made with such cheap materials that the walls may as well be paper thin, and you can hear everything from neighboring apartments. Worst of all, this place is filled with children (aka undergraduates) that make non-stop racket every day. My current neighbors are some of the worst I have ever had; they're always having very loud conversations outside, practically yelling and screaming day and night. Any time I need to get some sleep before an exam, or a busy work day, I can always count on someone shouting or slamming doors in the middle of the night waking me up. Filing noise complaints does nothing to solve the problem as it's a bit like playing whack-a-mole because everyone here makes noise, and they never seem to be deterred from doing it again. Centennial Court is never proactive about dealing with disruptive residents; all of the onus is placed on residents to report such childish behavior. It makes me feel like I live in some kind of slum hearing people screaming all the time, and I have come to feel anxiety before I go to bed because I know someone will disrupt my sleep at some point. Living here has been an absolute nightmare and I cannot wait to get out of this awful place."

"Unfortunately, Google Reviews does not give me the option to give Centennial 0 stars, so I suppose 1 star will have to do. An absolute joke of an apartment and management staff. I moved in during Fall 2023, in August and thus began the horror show of that is centennial. The day I moved in, I was shocked to see the state of the rooms and especially shocked by the state of the mattress provided by them. The rooms were stinking and the mattress was full of dust and had live spiders walking around on them. Upon asking the management to replace the said mattress, they took 2 days to show any sort of response. When they finally responded 2 days later with someone coming to my door, I was told that there were no more available mattresses and that if I wanted a new mattress I could buy one myself, and so I did. I also got in contact with the general manager, Chloe Johnson to request that she kindly reimburse me for the extra charges that I had to pay (the hotel room for the nights that I had to spend there due to the unlivable conditions I was placed in, as well as the mattress that I was forced to buy.) However, nothing was done to try and resolve these issues. I have been made to pay the entire rent (furnished apartment) even though I am receiving only some of its benefits. Centennial Court is the worst place to spend your time at UT Arlington. My roommates and I are absolutely fed up with this place and are trying to move as soon as possible and would suggest you look elsewhere for accommodation."

"centennial court uta gives the worst services to their residents. There has been water leakage in the unit that I have been living in since August and nobody showed up to fix it. When I asked them about it they said that it was not an emergency or a priority task since the water was only dripping and not flooding. The water has been leaking from the above units washroom which makes it unhygienic. They never clean the washroom and I am expected to do it every time. Even when a girl is on her period it's okay for her to not use the washroom according to them. After talking to them multiple times they ask me to wait patiently.Though I was kind and patient enough to take this from the past three months. They always have excuses readily available. They even offer help by giving the residents an option of terminating their lease for the inconveniences they cause Please do not consider Centennial Court as an option for residing because they provide the worst services though it's an on campus living apartment."

"Centennial Apartments falls short in the maintenance support department. While the interior of the apartments is generally good, appearances aren't everything. I endured a 10-day ordeal with a malfunctioning stove, despite daily visits to the management. Their replacement also had heating issues. Their lack of proactivity and seemingly indifferent attitude are disappointing. It feels like they're unwilling to honor the service we paid for, and they need to step up their game. I genuinely hope they enhance their maintenance services because, at this rate, I wouldn't recommend anyone signing a lease here."
