"I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had while applying for an apartment at Across the street. Throughout the application process, I have encountered several instances where misinformation was provided. Despite having a stable income well above three times the rent, I was informed that I needed to pay a higher deposit due to my income level. This has left me feeling misled and frustrated. Moreover, the overall communication and assistance from the leasing team have been subpar. The accumulation of these issues, coupled with the loss of $100, has made me reconsider continuing with the application process. I believe in transparent and fair dealings, and unfortunately, my experience with Across the Street apartments has fallen short of these expectations. As a prospective tenant, I expected a more straightforward and honest process. Given these circumstances, I have decided to explore alternative housing options where I can feel more confident in the application process and the leasing team's professionalism. I hope they take this feedback seriously, as it reflects not only my experience but also the impression Across the Street Apartments leaves on potential tenants."
