"Apartments are decent for the price. It is very noisy here though which is understandable due to being so close to UTA. The recent change in management has not be good though. They charge you to have visitors. I have had to pay twice now and it is not right. I will be vacating when my lease is over. The manager Claudia is great and has always been helpful."

"I absolutely love living in my apartment complex! The staff members are incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any issues or concerns. Especially Claudia such a great manager and very understanding, The maintenance team is prompt and efficient in addressing any maintenance requests. Props to Gustavo The grounds are well-maintained, and there are plenty of amenities available, including a beautiful swimming pool, and clubhouse. The location is great too, with easy access to shopping centers and restaurants. Overall, it's a wonderful place to call home!"
