Arlington Central Apartments

"This apartment doesn't have the capability to provide parking space for more than 2 vehicles. If your family has more than 2 vehicles, this is not the right place. You will be forced to park somewhere else and the apt management won't even care about that."

"Complex needs to be condemned or gutted completely, MANY species of mold have been found in the HVAC systems of the units. When myself and my roommate requested that they remedy this condition they claimed "it's just dust", however they also claimed "when we dealt with in the past we just replace the vents" meaning the property manager has had past knowledge of this condition yet acted in negligence to try and hide the mold from the tenants. Upon presentation of evidence as you will see here, the Landlord & Owners acted in RETALIATION and threatened to evict my roommate and me, claiming there is only dust in the apartments and that they had it treated as dust by professionals This did nothing to correct the mold infestation and most likely spread it to other areas & units. Upon testing my apartment unit after they allegedly treated it, the tests were still positive for multiple species of harmful & toxic mold. The Landlord (middle aged Vietnamese man that identifies as "Dewey") is not an honest person and will lie to you to protect profits of the apartment. There is a lawsuit filed for their Landlord Retaliation pending their refund of my roommate's and mine 2 months of rent and security deposit."

"Clean and updated apartments! The landlord is one of the best, he resolves any issues quickly and works with you 100% We feel safe and secured here, gated building. Our only problem is the younger tenants who party way beyond late hours, blasting speakers which resonates within the walls. Not everyone is on their schedule, it’s frustrating if you’re a light sleeper/work early mornings."

"I lived in these apartments for a year and a half. Landlord was pretty awesome and understanding. Any issue I ever had was quickly resolved. I never had any big problems or any issue with it being noisey. It's an apartment by a college. What do you expect? I lived there with my small son and never had any issues... All my neighbors were friendly and got to know my son and I. Pretty great to me!"

"This is the worst apartment I leave so far. It looks pretty good in the day time but at night you will find bed bugs all over and roaches every-where. I leave in these apartment for 1 months and I have to break the contract and the landlord did not give me back my security deposit also . He eats my $ 500 and is relaxing. The landlord is very bad and time and often he tries to get extra money out of you saying carpet cleaning, kitchen deep cleaning and all. Often very noisy as near there is baseball court and cemetery and lot of noise coming often during night time. There also used to be lot of party too and landlord use to leave next to the apartment and he comes to see inside your unit very often not caring your privacy."
