"It is huge residential community and one of the good choice for international students or local to stay near the uta, if you have the priority of staying 4 people with individual private room then go for it. There are lot of cons like not proper infrastructure, not enough utilities maintenance and it is also expensive for international students, it is not worth to give high rents."
