"It's in a great neighborhood, the people are friendly, and we feel safe walking around anytime. The apartments themselves are beautiful and wonderfully maintained with granite countertops, good flooring, and a patio. Staff and owner are very helpful and take care of any problems quickly. Parking is kind of always available and free."
"I had a really wonderful experience living at University terrace apartments. The maintenance, management and owner are really respectful, friendly and very kind, I have never seen so nice people in real estate so far. I will say they are best value for money apartments near UTA. They have a small lawn in front of every house where we use to sit all the time. Appliances and washers and dryers are very high quality. The floor is very nice and easy to clean. I highly recommend it! It is just 7 minute walk form UTA and there are some great restaurants and Indian grocery store at 2 min walk. Also, students can board the UTA shuttle from a stop which is 2 min away from the apartment if they want to go by bus."
"Stayed here for a full year and generally had no issues with the apartments. However they recently shifted to a new management when I moved out. As a result it's been close to 10 months but I haven't received my security deposit back yet. Getting in touch with the new management is super difficult. Number is not available anywhere and I couldn't find the manager on site."
"This apartment complex is wonderful. The maintenance people are so attentive and get things done immediately. The new owner has been making updates around the apartment; new landscaping, new washer and dryers, etc. The apartment is also very nice. It was very clean when I moved in. I love having laminate floors that I can easily clean and having a kitchen with nice appliances and a granite counter top. I've also never had a bug issue!"
"Not happy with the management. I moved out from the apartments in August (start) 2018. The management has not yet refunded me the deposit, till date. Everytime I call them asking for the update on refund, I'm given an excuse that they will get back to me but that never happened."
