"Clean and spacious community, Grocery Store and Restaurants are at 5 mins walking distance, UTA is 15 mins walk, UTA Shuttle available from 5 min walking distance, found management (previous management was not good but after management change) to be really cooperative and quick."
"Wouldn't recommend to anyone !!! The leasing lady is never available, you always have new people in the office so when you actually do communicate with one person, they just send someone else to the office. It's very unprofessional changing staff to intimidate tenants with eviction notices without even having a conversation with the person and trying to understand the situation at hand. It's almost like you never know who's in the leasing office most days."
"I'm current resident at the Sam Maverick Apartments. The maintenance gentleman is quite efficient and well mannered. All maintenance request have been addressed. As for owner and management communication is very poor. When management was switched over my car was towed by Longhorn Towing ( I received no notice of towing being used and had to get in touch with the office to receive a parking sticker) and I had to pay $300 impound fee which was never reimbursed. When I called the office I was directed to call the old management company to get reimbursed. From there responsibility of the mishap that cost me $300 was bounced between the two management companies. I just gave up out of frustrated. As of late I have been requesting a copy of my lease for about a month or two. I have yet to get in touch with management or receive a call back. I have only had communication with an answering service which provides no actual help to the residents. You are just told you can leave a message and they will forward it to management.
