"Went in to get some info about these apartments and the Hispanic lady in front office was rude and pretty much dismissed me. I waited for her to finish with the lady before me and when she came to me she asked what she could do for me but in a tone that said she was annoyed. I told her I wanted info about the one bedrooms. She said we don’t have any right now, gave me a paper with the prices and said call back in January and walked away. I really wanted to ask some questions about the place but didn’t get a chance to. Really don’t want to deal with those type of ppl so I will not be calling in January. Be a little bit more welcoming if you want new residents."

"I have lived here for a while now and the management keeps getting worse and worse. The people at the office are rude and if something happens they wont help you fix it. They try to implement new parking policies but wouldn't give people enough permits while others people who are friends with the people from the office have 3. They are not responsible for the washers or dryers working so if something doesn't work you have to report it directly and you have to label the machines that dont work so other people dont use them. Bugs are a very big problem here too because the pest control people they use dont do a good job when they come in."

"I'd give 4.5 stars and that's only because of the cooper street traffic early in the morning, other than that I've loved love living here. Elementary school right in the back high school in walking distance jr high, bus picks kids up in the front...boys and girls club... community center offers free service needs... and the price is about the cheapest I've seen in the area... This is a great place for students and families starting out. And i love the way they keep the apartments neat and clean... not much crime either. . This is really a family like community... very few people leave and i understand why. I love living here❤!"

"Well.. I lived there from 2011 to 2014. The first two years I lived in 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apt and I didn't have any problem. The last year I lived in a studio. It was full of roaches. I remembered a friend who used to live there, also in a studio, had plenty of roaches too. I used boric acid and solved my problem. My last three months were a nightmare though. For some reason I still don't understand one day I got my apartment full of flies. Most of them in the bathroom. That night I killed 18 flies only in the bathroom. The problem was the same every single day!!! I called the manager and she said it was because of the season and that she had flies at her home too. That she couldn't solve that problem! So thanks to God I could move from there."

"This complex has great pricing, which is a given considering most of the fixtures are older (stoves, lighting, sinks, fridge). However, it still all functions accordingly. Now here is where the real issue begins. I start randomly noticing roaches in my bathroom. Weird right? Why would they populate the bathroom and not the kitchen? Well it was only one or two i would see every week or so, but then the frequency increased. I notify the office and tell them they need to send an exterminator. They put in a work order, but no one ever comes. In fact, I've only seen pest control at this apartment once since i moved in- and i've been here for almost a year now! So I wake up this morning to see the lovely little bugs have spread into my kitchen cabinets. All very small, looking just born, and I keep my kitchen as clean as possible so they have nothing to survive off of, BUT THEY CONTINUE TO SPREAD. So the office is going to be getting a lovely visit from me tomorrow. This is going to be the 3rd time i've told them about this problem which they've done nothing about, and there will not be a 4th. When I moved in there were no roaches present, and it remained that way until these last couple of months. If the roaches are gonna live here they better be paying rent or management needs to cut my rent down. If I have to hire an exterminator myself because they fail to get one they will 100% be paying for the costs. I should not have to upkeep pest control for their buildings."
