Infinity on the Landing

"This is the Worst place that I ever lived! They changed management 5 times while I lived there for 2 years! Nothing was ever completed for me to move in! Also , EVERY day, there were Always screening children with no discipline whatsoever! Furthermore, the 24 hour access to the gym (that I was promised). Never happened!!!"

"Terrible place to live. They don't respond to work orders, apartments are not furnished and are raggedy, very sketch activity after 9 or 10 pm. Only care about collecting rent and making rules. Leaks in the windows when it rains. Management is rude and employees don't care about anything but money. Wasn't able to wash clothes for weeks because it would flood my neighbors house and the apartments did nothing about it except told me not to wash clothes! Not to mention you pay for pest control and there is no pest control!!! LIVE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!! Better to live on the corner of a roof than here!"

"I have moved to this apartment two months back. Am very happy and comfortable with the home. Management staffs are very friendly and supportive. They are taking care of their residents very well. I want to say about the maintenance team they are very dedicated on their work. As soon as if you raise any complaints immediately they taking care. I want to thank management and maintenance team for all their supports."

"Been here since August and everyday I regret it. The apartment is infested with pests and they keep closing my work orders out with no pest control since early December yet I pay for it monthly and refuse to fix the insulation in the front door where I literally witness a spider crawl through. The trash is overflowing everyday with disgusting stray animals all around it. My son is afraid to walk out side for fear of being attacked. It’s so nasty. There’s a huge hole where the water meter is that I have to avoid everyday in the middle of the parking lot. They have spent tons of money upgrading the outside with paint yet the inside of the apartments are old and need to be updated. The cabinets are splintering and peeling as well as the bedroom doors . I didn’t get any new kitchen appliances, paint and it was filthy when I moved in due to the ditzy leasing agent leasing me the wrong apartment. I had to move in “as is “ or be homeless. The rent is sky high and I don’t know how anyone affords it cause all my neighbors do is hang out and chill around the complex. The gate is never locked and last weekend a homeless couple were behind the trash dumpster going through people’s trash! I was flabbergasted and called the office but no one of course answered. My neighbors play Loud music on the weekend from sun up to sundown while I’m trying to enjoy my off days . I’m sick and tired of it."

"The new management infinity on the landing are amazing. They have made this place feel more at home. The maintenance team has actually made my experience here even better. They are there every time I need them and they go above and beyond to make sure Everything is as it is supposed to be. For instance, My air filter and my light was fixed within a week. This is something I’ve been complaining to the previous management for months and they never cared. So again thank you infinity. Definitely a satisfied customer here."
