"Lived here for a year and 8 months and my sister lived here for over 2 years. It is a beautiful community and very nice and quiet neighborhood but needs new management. They will threaten to evict you if You leave a bad review. They only take care of one side of the apartments and the other side away from the office is not well taken care of. Also wouldn’t let me out of lease and charged me almost double my original rent just to get out 6 months later. Overall very nice apartment and community but managers suck"

"If I could afford to live here I would in a heart beat. No these apartments are not that expensive, I just don’t make enough in general to live anywhere. ANYWAYS not only is this place super cute and clean but the management here is so amazing. I have a friend who lives here and she’s been going through the ringer. During these hard times the management has been so helpful, caring and patient it’s awesome. Ive been in plenty of apartments and never have I ever thought any apartment management could be caring lol. So to the staff of Del Prado, thank you for being there for my friend."

"We haven't even lived here an entire month and have already had several issues. We moved in right after Thanksgiving and picked these apartments because they are so affordable and they had really good reviews. There are hardly any negative ones and I don't know how. Before we even moved in they gave us the wrong apartment number and set our pincode to get into our front door wrong. We already started sending our mail to our new apartment and had important things coming like my passport that we now are not sure if we will receive or not. They also informed us that we did not have all of the drawers in the kitchen and that they were waiting for them to come in but that it should only take a few days. We still don't have them, there are still two missing... it has been several weeks............... The buttons on the top of the stove are broken and coming off. They don't even work, like for the timer for example. Our dish disposal has broken twice. Probably because it is so old. Maintenance did come to fix it but at first they could not so they had to come back, it took several days, we were told it was because there were other people in front of us they were helping which is fine but by the time they were going to come back my husband was just going to fix it himself. The second time it broke we just fixed it ourselves. There is a huge hole under the sink in the kitchen, under the cabinets, you can tell they tried to cover it by literally just LAYING a piece of wood in front of it. It is not attached.... so the hole is still there.............. I will attach pictures. And the worse thing to happen is now we have roaches. The apartment is clean. We have never had issues like this before especially with roaches and we have lived in several apartments. Lastly, there is an outlet in the living room that doesn't work. These apartments are cheap but you get what you pay for. We wish we would have just paid more and lived somewhere else at this point."
