"New property manager (Rhonda) is fantastic. She's knowledgeable, pleasant, very responsive even after hours, and a much needed improvement over her predecessor, whom of which did not inspire trust or spark joy. This place is relatively quiet, there's some airport noise, but it's tolerable. A lot of tenants have pets but most are respectful and don't let their dogs bark excessively. I don't like that they allow large aggressive breeds and wish they would change their policy, but otherwise I have no issue. They do charge pet rent and deposits are required. This property maintains all the yards and provides onsite maintenance as well. George is really great, he's been here a long time and I've never had to wait long for him to fix anything I've requested. I don't know when this property was built, it's an older property but will say they don't build them like this anymore. You'll be hard pressed to find a townhouse with attached yard and privacy fence anywhere within 30 miles from here. Each unit comes with 2 assigned carport spaces in the back and the floorplans are unique. I have a closet upstairs as a big as a bedroom and that's probably my favorite part about this place. The appliances aren't stainless or new, but they work. Most residents here are respectful and neighborly but the walls are very thin so it really depends on who lives next door, in terms of noise. Overall recommended. Safe for kids too. People drive slow and do watch out for them."
