"Recently moved into these apartments and it has been a non stop nightmare. Nothing was ready on move in day and the property manager did little to accommodate. These apartments are very old and need a lot of fixing. Disposal does not work, put in a request and nothing. The worse issue has been a leak from the A/C unit. We put in at least 5 requests for an emergency maintenance request because of the leaking and it is still leaking. I don’t even know why they have an emergency maintenance number because no one answers or no one will come out to fix it until a week later. If you are in the Euless area check out other apartments because this one has been such a major disappointment. Have to put buckets out to catch the water because we need the AC in this heat."
"A "hidden" gem — I say hidden because many may mistake this for just another apartment community among many, but truth is, this is an apartment community with a management that cares. Maintenance requests are almost always fulfilled immediately. Management is friendly. Apartments are pretty clean."
