"I wish I could give them 0 stars this apartment is horrible mold on all vents roach infestation they will you give tons of hidden and unnecessary fines they will not fix any of your problems. Please do not move here they do not care about your health, finances or your well-being. HORRIBLE!!!!! I understand a lot of people move here from different states for a better life but my advice is too not settle for these apartments because of the price."

"Getting screwed by this management company is ridiculous especially for the way these apartments look. My daughter is there because it’s hard to find some thing that’s reasonable on the amount of money she makes but for them to act like it’s OK for her to transfer over to another apartment and we pay almost $2000 for an apartment that is nasty, and so outdated is outrageous. And then for them to contact her again saying we’re sorry you owe us more money is completely unacceptable. Please if you are thinking about moving into this apartment complex or dealing with this property management company, think again! Terrible terrible customer service."

"On top of a slew of issues, including roach infestations, dog poop everywhere not cleaned up, loud music at night, cost vs what you get and have to deal with, gates haven’t worked in a year, the list goes on… Oak Park has recently implemented community guidelines with fines attached. They are enforcing only some of the guidelines, and charging fines, and only fining certain tenants. I know this because I’ve spoken to several neighbors and none have received fines and aren’t abiding by the “rules”. One of the rules is to bring TWO full size trash bins inside by 9am and not place them back out until 5pm at the earliest. Mind you, one of the trash bins is from a previous trash valet service they no longer use. So we are responsible for the care of these as well now. I don’t agree with the trash rule, and 80%+ tenants aren’t “abiding” by this rule, however this rule is not enforced. But if you have an outdoor toy on your patio, the patio police (Oak Park) will definitely fine you! No warning or chance to rectify the situation even when you question what specifically is causing the fine. Nope, $50 added to your rent! Like rent and cost of living isn’t enough. Wasn’t a dirty or cluttered patio, a child’s toy! They say they aren’t targeting but picking and choosing which rules to enforce and only to enforcing with certain tenants, this very well is targeting! Looking into if these guidelines and fees are even legal, as they are not listed on the lease and there’s no blanket clauses which allow them to add these without signature. If only management could be fined for not doing their part to fix things such as roach infestations or non functioning gates, time for maintenance requests to be taken care of, ect."

"If you are looking to rent at this location beware: the office will ignore your service requests nor will they ever answer any phone call. Over the last 2 years everything has completely gone downhill from a completely unhelpful management team and one the laziest maintenance teams in recorded history to shifting foundation ,sewer water leaking through foundations and trash being left all over the complex (for which the maintenance team is partially to blame for not disposing of old appliances.
