"I've lived here for almost a year and have had a really great experience thus far. The new community manager, Anita, seems to really take pride in the community and her tenants. I just attended an event put on by our AptLife team, Destiny & Isaac, and had a great time meeting them and my fellow neighbors. Also cant forget to shoutout the amazing maintenance team!"

"I set up a visit at this property for a viewing yesterday, 01/19/2024. The time was supposed to be between 3:30 and 4:00 pm. When I got there, there was a sign on the door saying that they were out on the property and would be back soon. When I looked through the door there was a lady sitting at a desk. She gave me the cut throat sign to suggest they were closed. I sat in my car to wait for when they’d open again. I then saw another lady come with food and went in. Both ladies went to another room to eat. I continued waiting until a gentleman came on a gulf cart and was walking towards the door. I asked him if he was the tour guide. He said no and continued into the office. I have never seen such low level of customer service. The staff were acting as though this property was the only one in the area and that I would just have to wait on them. They never offered any explanation or an apology, but just went about their affairs. I continued to wait for another fifteen minutes until I decided to just leave. If I was a prospective client and this is the type of service that I was getting, I don’t want to know what it would be like after I committed to a lease. Horrible!!!!"

"My husband and I have lived at this complex for 2 years and have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The office and maintenance staff are kind, always available in-person or virtually, and create a great community atmosphere. We took our dog out the night before the ice storm (around 8PM) and the property and leasing managers were outside ensuring that all exterior faucets were covered and the community was in good, working order prior to the storm. We have never lived somewhere that took care of the residents in this way. Also, the two dog parks are great and there are plenty of pups of all sized in this complex to play with our goldendoodle. We just renewed our lease for a third time!"

"Me and my family had worst experience touring this apartment community. While we were touring the neighbor from downstairs came and yelled at us , and told us "we might want to reconsider moving here , and if we do be prepared to hear lot of complaints" all because of our foot noise while touring the apartment. She came upstairs and starting slamming her fist at the front door rather than knocking and started yelling and harrasing us, and when we were leaving she dared to come out again and threatened us in the parking lot. As she was walking back to her apartment, she raised both her arms up and showed us both middle fingers, as her lasting impression, She's in unit 10104. Shes a crazy woman and needs to be removed from this apt community, She's lucky we didnt call 911 for assaulting us, which would have created big drama and brought down this apartment community. I hope this is taken care of by highest authority. No person should be treated this way regardless of your race."

"I had a wonderful experience from beginning to move in day. Lori was very helpful and patient with us. The apartments are beautiful and the community is very nice. In my short time here I have learned some people will not clean up behind their pets which is so unfortunate with this strange disease going around hurting our fur babies. Besides that my pups are happy with the parks. Plenty of walking areas and shopping so close."
