"So far so bad. My leasing consultant is absolutely terrible at her job and has difficulty telling the truth. My unit was not ready in time. My unit was definitely not move-in ready when I was given keys. There is a significant insect problem. Only one person in the office ever returns emails. Residents leave trash everywhere. If I could move, I would."
"Just commenting as a fairly new resident! So I haven't actually moved in yet, I am scheduled to move in here in a couple of weeks so my review is based solely on the application process and the customer service! I went online ISO a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment and found some reasonably priced units. I was confused about the pricing of some, so I did an inquiry and one of the leasing agents called me back promptly (I can't remember her name off the top of my head). So I was interested in moving forward with the application process. Filled out the application, uploaded all of my required documents, paid the fees and within 30 minutes I received a call back that I had been approved! No long drawn out process of having to verify this or that, and on pins and needles wondering about the status of your application. It is really a quick and easy, hassle free process! I am excited about my new home and cannot wait to move in!"
