"moved away last year. moved in in June 2022, did not have working ac for a month and a half. hella roaches everywhere, like, they literally had painted over one in the pantry. bad neighborhood, someone stole my catalytic converter from my car parked in front of my porch window. never got any deposit back. overpriced for the amenities offered (or lack thereof). went days without running water over Christmas '22 and they would shut off the water for hours at a time every other week or so. horrible experience."

"Been here 4 months still have no working dishwasher. A bathroom that’s unusable and still get charged over $100 for water and waste. Entire dining room floor is stained and they have no plans to fix it. I don’t complain much but this place is ran beyond terribly. No walk throughs before allowing residents to move in, place was a mess and majority of amenities are broken and do not work. I didn’t even have an opening in the wall for my dryer. No outlets hold any plugs you literally have to prop things against the plug to charge your phone or have a working tv. For this absurd price I highly advise you to look elsewhere I’ve seen project housing in better condition than this."

"Let me start out by saying this 5 star goes strictly to the new maintenance crew and specifically Ronnie B. About 3 months ago we moved into a half cleaned apartment (still had previous owner belongings in places), the air was not working so on our very first night we were forced to get a hotel to be able to sleep peacefully and the a/c unit needed a new motor , our guest bathroom was a wreck. The toilet wasn't screwed to the seat nor would it flush. After further walk through the floor is stained so bad i questioned if there was a dead body that could have laid in the floor. The dishwasher didn't function at all and the floor was peeling up by the refrigerator which the previous maintenance man just ripped off and asked us not to leave a review. After 3 months of asking for at least something to be fixed, Ronnie B came over and fixed 90% of our issues in a matter of days. There was no vent hole for the dryer and he was able to locate the where it was under the mounds of paint and drywall used to cover. Fixed our bathrooms and working on us getting a new dishwasher. He has been a true blessing, is diligent in his work, a very knowledgeable maintenance man, and he cares about the tenants living experience in the unit. They would be very wise to keep Ronnie B and his crew as a part of the community."

"Where do i begin! First we were not allowed to see the apartment only the show room, kitchen cabinets we old bathroom cabinet looked like it was falling off the wall. Dishwasher broke took three weeks to replace. Toilet never flushed took three/four times to go down. Asked them to fix never did. When it rained hard it floods up to the door. Upstairs apartment had a leak had to live with water on the floor for three days they came and cut holes in my wall and left it never fixed the holes. First gates didn’t work and my car was broken into $1600 in damages all they said was sorry. All the outlets were too big and some didn’t even work. Sad to say I will never live there again. At the end of my lease they finally got a new manager that seemed sincere little too late."
